The Firm’s History
In 1965, Robert P. Casey, James Haggerty and Frank McDonnell founded the firm as Casey Haggerty & McDonnell. Through the years, the firm established a reputation in the community for providing quality, trusted, affordable and timely legal services. We are proud to mention that Robert Casey moved on from the firm and eventually became Governor of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 1987.
Today, the attorneys at Haggerty Hinton & Cosgrove carry on the legacy that Robert Casey, James Haggerty, Frank McDonnell and Joseph J. O’Brien established.
